Automatic nozzle seal

The LEIBINGER JET3 is easy to integrate into existing machines. The round and sturdy print head can be installed in each direction. The standard version of the inkjet printer is available in the protection class IP 54. For rough environments, the JET3pro with the protection class IP 65 is ideally suitable.
Another version of the JET3 is the JET3pi for pigmented inks. The inkjet printer is the state-of-the-art inkjet printer which achieves requirements for marking and coding systems in the industrial environment for the present and future.

With help of the integrated graphic editor, logos or special characters can be directly designed by the operator. The industrial high-speed printer JET2SE is ready to print within one minute. The nozzle seal opens automatically without flushing processes and cleaning procedures. This is extraordinary for industrial inkjet marking and coding systems by the CIJ technology (Continuous Ink Jet) and is guaranteed by the automatic LEIBINGER nozzle seal. Even the shut-down of the inkjet printer happens by pressing only one button. The gutter tube closes the nozzle airtight. No drying or cloggin can occur due to the closed ink circuit. Even after long-term shut-downs, drying in the ink supply, nozzle, gutter tube and return line is prevented.
The LEIBINGER JET2SE meets all demands which are required from Inkjet marking systems by the industry. Flexible for many applications, easy to integrate in existing machines, powerful and fast with highest printing quality. The inkjet printer JET2SE is applicable mostly in the packaging industry and food labeling.
The LEIBINGER JET2SE is also available as water and dust proof version with protection class IP 65 as JET2SE pro. Typical applications of the JET2SE pro are best before dates on dairy products, meat and sausage, PET- and glass bottles as well as cans in bottling plants. Furthermore the JET2SE is available in the versions JET2SE pi for pigmented inks and JET2SE mi with a nozzle size of 40 µm.

100% Quality in product marking The fully automatic visual monitoring system JETvisio guarantees highest reliability of product marking with the JET3 inkjet printer. Each imprint on the product will be controlled. In case of malfunctions or bad reads an immediate intervention is possible. Rejects will be detected with complete production control.Permanent safety in the production process Products can not be verified with the naked eye at high-speed production. JETvisio monitors each product even on high speed lines. The print information can be read by the camera, decoded and compared to the original information.

The camera control system JETvisio combines know-how and latest technology with easy operation. This system, developed to connect with the JET3, is optimized for the special characteristics of inkjet fonts. Designed as a plug-and-play solution, the camera will be connected and installed to the JET3 on a simple level. During the production the control and monitoring is made directly on the well known touch screen of the JET3. An additional computer or notebook is not neccessary.
Diverse functions supports numerous applications JETvisio supports the production with diverse functions numerous applications. From meter marking in the cable industry or DataMatrix codes in the pharma branch up tobest before dates and logos in the packaging area. All information can be read from the camera system, decoded and compared to the original information. An installation wizard supports the user in generating new jobs. Automatic functions like Teaching make the job creation fast and easy. During the production error pictures will be shown directly on the JET3 display. The results of all read print information will be saved in a log file. This log file can be easily exported onto a USB stick and analysed for example with Excel R.
